1 Able Locksmith was a blessing to me when I called in a panic over my mailbox key being lost. Cheryl helped calm me down and asked all the right questions to get to the root of the issue. Found ourselves in a pinch today when our door lock broke on our business. Looked on the internet and decided to call 1 Able. The phone was answered right away by a fiendly woman who put me at ease and assured me that my problem would be taken care of in a short amount of time. The locksmith arrived at my door within 30 minutes and a short while later the problem was solved. Our locks are commercial and the issue was not what I would consider to be an easy fix. I feel that what we were charged was more than fair for the amount of work that was done and the speed in which it was handled. Called Doug to fix a very old lock and re-key other locks. He fixed the old lock where others would of told me I needed a new one. Thanks for saving me money when money is tight. Great service.

Called around on a saturday morning for a lockout service, everyone was 60.00 and above someone at another service told me to call this number he was cheaper, {I think they just didnt want to get out of bed that early on a sat morning}and sure enough he said 45.00 and an hour later my keys were in my hand. He was very polite and just very nice to deal with.If you need help with a lockout Id recommend him in a heartbeat.Hard to find that kind of service these days.

I am a senior citizen on social security. I called Doug to come out and take a look at my front door lock. While he was here my washing machine broke. Doug not only fixed my door lock problem but he took a look at my washing machine and fixed it too. His prices were very cheap and he didnt charge me to fix the washer. Everyone in my area knows and likes Doug. He has helped a lot of us. He has been a blessing to us and I just wanted to let him know we all wish him and his new business the best of luck.

Doug came immediately when I called. I had a screen door lock that didnt work due to age. He replaced it and repaired a lock on my file cabinet. His charge was very reasonable.
